The Year is 2081, The place is Torn. Torn is a Carribian Island about 40 miles off the coast of "Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands". You can Drive around the perimeter of Torn In a little less than 48 hours. If you live here you are either very rich, or very poor. Money is a huge source of friction between the two groups. The rich use there power to extort the poor, and a revolution is brewing. The cry "Vivat la revolution!" is often herd in the streets of this island "paradise". The police are brutal and paid hansomly by the rich for the capture any activists... dead or alive. This has caused the police to become overly brutal towards any and all poor persons, Men Women and children alike are beaten and tortured if they are under suspicion of knowing anything about the leaders of "La Révolution"
