What's better than a really rich, attractive girl? An international really rich and attractive girl. Rachel, is from Berlin located in the heart of Germany. At the time of her birth, her homeland had grown to a healthy democracy, resulting in the removal of the nasty dictator that had ruled since 2030, up until 2050 when a riot broke out. Anyways, she moved at the age of 15 to Munich, to escape the crazed streets but things only got worse there. Then, in order to save their daughter Mr. and Mrs. Barlow and Rachel, moved to islands, where they operate several major business. The Barlow name is feared by the poor, and respected by her fellow 1st class buddies. The Barlows have also been responsible for building several five star hotels that touch the coast.
